0-3 Tuition Program

0-3 Program:  Your child must be at least six (6) weeks of age to be eligible for the 0-3 tuition program. Families are offered a spot in the 0-3 program based on waitlist status and classroom availability.  Families are typically notified in March if their student has received a spot. At that time, families will complete and submit an enrollment packet along with the applicable registration fee ($50.00) to College Heights Early Childhood Learning Center.
