Instructional Leadership Team

The goal of the Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) is to improve the quality of teaching and learning within the school to raise student achievement. We will do this through:

• Focusing on instruction
• Supporting data-driven decisions
• Collaborative and shared leadership
• Monitoring progress and accountability
• Fostering our culture of continuous learning and improvement

Eligibility: Team members must have at least two years of full-time teaching experience at College Heights, with strong classroom performance demonstrating best practices in all instructional areas, interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate with cluster teams.
